After contacting a couple of places and having been(honestly) told that they have never completed the type of Business Plan I was after I stumbled upon this company. After an initial conversation with Marcus he assured me he has done one before and it would be no problem. I looked online however found no reviews, thinking they may have just started I proceeded. Paid the original deposit of 50%, stated what I specifically required and outlined it in an email then we had our conversation. Then the remaining 50% is due prior to receiving the first draft - paid and 1st draft received. The document received was not worth reading. Take any free business plan you find online – change the business name and that’s about what you get – nothing for my specific requirement. Complained, had to spend another 2hrs going over the same thing along with personal notes added to the file. Next draft received – slightly better and that was only where I amended… again contacted them with my disbelief with how the document came out – only to be advised that any further amendments would be on an hourly charge…after many HOURS of haggling of this BS document he presented he finally agreed to one more review, of cause only if I did my comments and another 2hour phone conversation… Started off hiring this guy as I didn’t think I could write professionally enough, end of the day I wrote the whole business plan in the comments for him just to copy and paste into the document. If you can string a sentence together don’t use this guy… TLDR; do not use this company, just tries to fit a square peg round hole, this man can BS
