Great tool to get ideas for strategic business challenges and to quickly identify the best ones, easily tracking results - The solution is quite adaptable and allows for several customisations, which is great since we wanted to configure our own innovation workflow - The strong gamification mechanisms seem to efficiently promote employee engagement and sustain participation - It's easy to use - The support team is great and all shared expertise was insightful The solution was used with our client to engage employees in strategic challenges we had defined. It also allowed us to generate insights around those challenges to leverage the ideation stage. We were able to get many really interesting ideas for the challenges, with strong levels of participation. We felt everyone was motivated to take part in the company’s innovation programme. Exago Start, their entry-point innovation platform, is a good solution for someone searching for a simple tool to implement an innovation initiative quickly. For companies looking for a more adaptable solution, and who are more experienced with innovation management, Exago Smart edition has additional flexibility in the workflow and key configurations. Even with 8 languages available, the tool seems prepared for global initiatives with Google translation integration.
