I have been very pleased with the support we've received Pros: The reporting is good and the software is pretty easy to use. We have been able to bring the support group up to date pretty easily. Calling support is very helpful - everyone from EZ Facility has been great to deal with. Cons: It's early but I would like the ability to set up a Dashboard where I can see daily, mtd and historical information on one page.
