Before we started using Tracker our process was very disjointed, we used email marketing software and various excel spreadsheets to track our leads and follow up. It was hard to track what communication we'd had with any one contact. So, we researched a number of CRM options and found Tracker to be one of the best values and the most comprehensive. Thanks to Tracker we are now able to respond automatically to leads from our website, follow up with template emails, send campaign emails, and manage projects/reporting all from one easy to use system.
