Overall: Great software for managing your office or an entire portfolio of offices. Adding and allocating spaces is fairly simple but not the most intuitive. The option to organize a move is clutch and, while I haven't executed a move through SpaceIQ yet, the dry run was impressive. Pros: If you're already familiar with reading floorplans, the software is quite intuitive and easy to learn. I appreciated the company also set up 1:1 time to teach functionality for first-timers. The trainer was super helpful and friendly. Cons: I wish there was a little more flexibility for assigning groups vs. individual spaces. The functionality is there but could be improved (ie: drawing a path around a group of desks vs. marquee). Also, your functionality & data accuracy will depend on what other system SpaceIQ is pulling from.
