We have used BCSS at The Old Flamingo for three years. We are a artist co-operative with sixteen members who have stocked our store with thousands of items. I looked very hard in the beginning to find software that could meet my bar code, inventory control and accounting requirements and found non except BCSS that wasn't many thousands of dollars. In my previous profession I was involved in material management for large corporations and learned software could make or brake you. BCSS serves all of my needs. What is equally important is software can become useless unless you have sound technical support. This is one area where BCSS has excelled. if I have a problem or a question the tech- support person assigned to us Joy Archer is competent beyond description. She doesn't just tell you "how" to fix a situation but "teaches" you how to fix a situation.
