I have a retail store in Kentucky and also consign local artwork. BCSS software is perfect because it handles both types of product and their sales. Customer Support is superb and lightning fast. Recently, I had a problem with my computer and emailed them, got a quick reply. When I've needed hands on customer service, they immediately used a remote service to access my computer, fixed the problem in minutes! Far better customer service than the big companies like Microsoft who have off-shore call centers that take forever to get through their script to fix something. **Don't believe what you read from a competitor... it's like a politician running for office and bagging on the other person running. Lots of smoke and no fire that I've found. Try BCSS for FREE, use the software and determine for yourself if it works for your business. It definitely works very well for my combined retail/consignment business.

We were so pleased with the program and the service that we made a second purchase for an additional store in Plainfield, IL in 2013. We have tested several other of the top Consignment Shop programs and know that the BCSS system was the best solution. The reporting, one click backup and user friendly interface is invaluable. The BCSS system has run very smoothly, however when we have needed help for installs or upgrades Joy Archer has been a tremendous help and we've even gotten responses to calls for help on the weekend. We have used BCSS at The Old Flamingo for three years. We are a artist co-operative with sixteen members who have stocked our store with thousands of items. I looked very hard in the beginning to find software that could meet my bar code, inventory control and accounting requirements and found non except BCSS that wasn't many thousands of dollars. In my previous profession I was involved in material management for large corporations and learned software could make or brake you. BCSS serves all of my needs. What is equally important is software can become useless unless you have sound technical support. This is one area where BCSS has excelled. if I have a problem or a question the tech- support person assigned to us Joy Archer is competent beyond description. She doesn't just tell you "how" to fix a situation but "teaches" you how to fix a situation.
