We were with Amcheck for years and they were a great company. Unfortunately Isolved bought them out and they have gone downhill from there. Isolved does our payroll service. Not only did they raise the price but they gave us LESS customer service. We have always had one account rep that took care of our payroll and he always did a great job. Now they are requiring payroll to be sent to a central account that a team takes care of. The girl who got our payroll completely entered hours wrong. She sent checks she shouldn't have and then tried to correct them. She made a HUGE mess for 3 payrolls in a row. It cost us a big amount of time and money to fix all the issues with the accounting side of payroll due to Isolveds errors. After the entire mess they had our old account rep take back over and within a couple of months they again switched us back to their joke of a "team payroll." I would STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere for your payroll needs unless you want to work with a company that will just make your life a nightmare.
