I support a few different companies and a couple of them use EUKHOST. I was a little sceptical as I didn't set them up but the few times I've had to make contact I have to say, the technical or sale chat team are first class and know exactly what they are on about, much more technical than many other companies I use to support clients. Tonight Albie S took me through some upgrade options after a client had some issues and he knew exactly what the choices were and within 15 mins on-line chat we were done and dusted and not a bad price either. EUK arn't as cheap as some but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and when things go wrong you need to know the company will be responsive and they have proved they are which is priceless for someone like me trying to support multiple companies. A+ for Albie S and the company as a whole, quite impressed. ;)
