I must admit, I was skeptical at first but joining Signpost has really provided a significant boost to my clientele base. I really like the auto features that ask clients for feedback and reviews. The additional reviews has increased my visibility on Google. I also like the ability to create campaigns that appeal to both loyal clients and offer incentives to clients that don't come as often. The customer service is fantastic. I ask a lot of questions and some times I repeat questions and I'm always met with patient, kind representatives. Signpost really does want to help you be more successful. I'm very glad I joined.
