"All in one recruiting platform" What do you like best? I really like that I can upload one job description and it auto-populates to all the major job boards online. It also collates all incoming applications into an organization fashion no matter the source they came from. It's easy to review applicants for multiple positions and always know what our candidate pipeline looks like. The hiring stages are super useful for a quick look at where candidates stand and the deeper discussion area helps us keep track of details for the long term. What do you dislike? I wish it were easier to use to filters and sort features on jobs and candidates. I also wish reporting played a bigger part in my use of Jazz so I could let my team know how various positions are performing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great software for compiling and tracking open positions and their applicants.
