one of the cheapest on the market and you get what you pay for. poor customer service as you have to pay for a priority queue. i had to raise multiple service requests and every single time, they never answered or fixed the original issue, i always had to re-open the ticket after it had been resolved to chase it up it was for a game service and the system was constantly crashing, the server wiped multiple times a day and needed restarting basically every time we wanted to play. The server logs were missing for the game despite me requesting multiple times. I have since set up a server on an old PC i had in the cupboard and have had 0 problems since. server has been running for 2 weeks without a single crash or hiccough, so it's obviously not hard, they just didnt care. Save yourself some money and dont waste it here, get a better service provider as you'll regret it immediately with Citadel
