"Very good product and service" What do you like best? They listen to the key business requirements we have and focus on solving the problem What do you dislike? Having to move from an un-named license model to a named license model has some cost implications for us What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use the workflow product for some of our internal governance processes - we also have used the EPC product to map our workflows and procedures
