Preferred Patron has contributed greatly to the overall success of our business. The software allows for customization specific to my business. I am able to reward different customer actions different ways and change it whenever I would like to. I am also a huge fan of the back office controls. I can easily track the progress of specific promotions, create new ones, and monitor employee performance with ease. I also LOVE that Preferred Patron is always trying to make their program better. The introduce new features and keep my business a step ahead of everyone else.
