I have a business hosting package for the past 6 months and so far it has delivered on everything promised. Apart from being very cheap, (I pay £5 a month), it is also packed with everything I need. I haven't had to contact them for support by phone but I have done by email and that has also been very good and prompt. For my day to day needs, 1&1 suits me fine.
