What do you like best? OnPage provides reliable alerting, along with workflow and audit capabilities, so that we can be sure that alerts are handled, who handled them, and how long the response took. Recommendations to others considering the product: Solid product with solid alerting capabilities. Maintenance windows are clearly communicated in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? OnPage allows us to provide mission critical alerting after normal business hours. The alerts can also be tracked and acknowledged. Workflows are able to be established to be sure alerts are handled appropriately and timely as well.
