Arbostar has greatly streamlined our processes. This very intuitive software has all the tools a tree care business needs. From client creation to estimation, from scheduling to analyzing, from creating a work order to invoicing: all in one place. It also helps with communication: the built-in private messenger allows our field workers and office staff to stay connected. The work of our field staff has been greatly simplified due to the Mobile app. It syncs perfectly with the system and now they have all the information they need at their fingertips in the field. Our estimators are also fond of the app, as now they have gone completely paperless. They create estimates right from the field and send it to the clients in no time using the app. Arbostar is also highly flexible. They don’t force a company to work a certain way. Instead, they make it so you can configure it to your needs. For instance, if we only want to send certain notifications during certain statuses of the job, we can easily do that. Also, need to mention that their staff is always willing to help with any problem you may encounter. Each time we had a question, we were able to work with their support staff and solved our problems in no time.Based on our experience so far, I would recommend Arbostar with no hesitations. I recommend giving them a shot and at least booking a demo with them.
