Bullhorn has been part of our organization for 8 years. We have fully been immersed with Bullhorn as our ATS and CRM since then. We have customized workflows and automations to make the tool work within our organization but for small to mid size organizations, you can do most things right out of the box. As an enterprise level client, there were a few customizations and triggers needed to ensure our data integrity stayed where we needed it to be. Would recommend Bullhorn to other customers. Customer Service has always been great for us.
