Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
GameServers receives polarised feedback, with users reporting either quick setup or serious reliability problems. One user praised instant setup and has stuck with the service across multiple game titles, suggesting the platform works smoothly for some. However, two separate accounts describe severe issues: persistent latency, crashes, and connectivity problems that persisted despite troubleshooting, and a five-day outage met with minimal support communication. The contrast is stark enough that experience appears highly inconsistent or dependent on specific configurations. Support responsiveness emerges as a concern in at least one case, with ticket responses becoming sparse during critical issues. Prospective buyers should be aware that while the service can deliver on speed of deployment, reliability and support quality may not be guaranteed, particularly if problems arise.

“Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues…”
Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

“Server down for 5 days. Two copy/paste responses to tickets…”
Server down for 5 days. Two copy/paste responses to tickets over that time. No ETA for restoration. No information as to the issue. After 3 days stopped responding all together.
