“I had no idea about how the desktop version of…”
I had no idea about how the desktop version of QuickBooks would work when hosted on servers. I found Hitech Cloud online and had a word with the representative. Initially it went all over my head, but then he took the control of my computer and explained it so well and yeah it just seems like accessing my email account. You guys at Hitech Cloud are amazing. No fake promises.Moreover I got to learn a new thing. Thank you guys and hope to see the same level of effort from you guys in future too.

“I am using QuickBooks Desktop for 3 years and can’t…”
I am using QuickBooks Desktop for 3 years and can’t imagine carrying out my company work without it. Was a user at other company and their service was satisfactory for the first year. However in the next year it was horrible. The support staff too did not respond well. They just put me on hold saying their technicians are looking into the problem. A colleague recommended Hitech Cloud to me. The setting up and migration of my data was smooth and quick. Even after that they have been really helpful and all the problems that come up are solved instantaneously. The servers run well with hardly any downtime. It has been excellent working with them so far. Now that it’s been 6 months with them I only hope that they maintain their quality of service in future also.
