A superb, flexible and robust tool. We needed a tool to manage the use of space that has internal groups, discounted external groups and commercial external groups. This is without a doubt the most flexible and robust tool that we could find. They have been an excellent partner providing quick solutions if and when problems arose. MIDAS is a superb program. We have started using it at our church (10 boookable venues) and our booking administrator had never used a computer before - and she is a very mature pensioner. But after a short period of in-house training and guidance she is now fairly competent with the program. The old paper-based records have gone! We are not yet using the invoicing part of the software but I suspect it won't be long before we progress to it. Full marks to MIDAS for a very intuitive program and excellent 24/7 support. We're really pleased with the results and glad we chose MIDAS.
