Cons: Finally, maybe one or two things in the program are a little more abstract but nothing more. No other drawbacks encountered. Overall: We are using NewWaySERVICE since 2019 and don't regret it. We got help from their technical support department when we needed it. Yes, we would still recommend it.

This software is quite versatile. Pros: The API is versatile enough. We can upload a lot of files such as spec sheets and pictures in equipment records. It has become our internal central database to store information about equipment we produce or service. Cons: Nothing really unpleasant except for a few things in the software. We have proposed improvements to them to facilitate our use. Overall: We started using this app over a year ago. Everything is going well so far and our contacts with the company are quick and courteous.

We really like it. Pros: We like to use NewWaySERVICE because we get updates in real time as soon as our technicians mark a job as finished. We also like emails sent automatically to customers when the job is done. Cons: It could be convenient to be able to upload larger files such as video. We upload several photos for now. Overall: I would say that we are very satisfied with the software. We have never had a problem to work with this program.

It does everything we need it to do. Pros: We receive a lot of requests every day and this software allows us to track them quite easily. Our five installers just bring their phones to see the work to be done and we receive an email when they complete the job. Cons: Hard to see displayed information sometime with older smartphones. Overall: We are happy with our decision. We recommend it for other installers. We use it in our sister company too.

Good program! Pros: We were able to start using this program without any setup. We can create our list of customers as we enter their service requests. We can take several pictures for each work order. We can see history of requests and photos. Cons: There are not too many cons since they helped me when I contacted them. You need a working internet connection. Overall: It was easy to setup. We did not had to spend lot of time learning it. We did not even had to look at the documentation. We like the program.
