Our Founder, Architect Serina Calhoun wanted just one thing - to provide the highest quality service to her clients. After almost two decades of practicing in San Francisco, she was fed up with bureaucratic red tape, surprise legislation affecting her projects, and unnecessary wasted time. When she missed out on a new project in San Diego, simply because she couldnt find the property information she needed, she saw an opportunity to affect real change. Property Atlas was born; a software company leveraging property information and public data to help property owners, architects, and engineers find property information and save time from having to manually search for permit updates or violation filings. At Property Atlas, our vision is to help property owners keep their tenants happy and their building safe and to help design professionals make every project a success.
