Skima has changed the whole recruitment process at SreshthaIBN. Instead of manually searching for candidates, we now use the platform's AI features, including the Resume Parser and Job Description Generator. These have been really effective in sourcing candidates and posting jobs, therefore saving us a lot of time. It quickly helped us identify suitable candidates by reducing effort screening resumes with the help of the AI Matching Score. Also, our ATS integration was seamless so we could easily track applications and manage hiring without switching between platforms. Maybe just in ease of use as a potential area for improvement-the platform is great and very efficient but might benefit from an easier to navigate interface for new users overall. Still, I would recommend it to anyone in recruiting who wants to streamline their hiring process.

Skima.ai has made our hiring process much easier and faster. The resume parsing is excellent, and the candidate segmentation helps us find top talent quickly. Automated outreach saves us time, and the accurate matching score ensures we connect with the right candidates. Integration with our existing ATS was smooth, and the interface is very user-friendly. Although it's a bit pricey, worth it for the features.
