Customer service 0 of 100 Tried to change the Registrar tag, total nightmare so ended up getting nominet involved who resolved the issue within days. I tried to speak to the owner but unfortunately he never personally returned my emails or phones calls, I could only ever speak to support. If customer service is important to you, keep looking!

Been with ukhost4u for many years with five websites. Every time I've had a query or problem I have been sorted out either by phone or email almost instantly. Great service and a good set of hosting packages to choose from. The cpanel to configure your website is very easy to use and even a novice like me has gotten used to it very quickly. The prices vary and overall are about what you would expect to pay for webhosting.
