Edge cases are where most tools fall apart. APEXamenity handles the vast majority beautifully, and I say that after six months of watching it navigate real patients across a large enterprise rollout. A few gaps showed up, mostly with patients whose primary language wasn't English and a handful of outlier concern profiles the predictive model hadn't seen before. Their support team worked through those with me directly, which mattered.
The core promise, replacing that exhausting 20-question fishing expedition with a focused conversation, holds up in practice. Worth every bit of the implementation effort.
