What a brilliant company with even better customer service. After an initial discussion when originally came through Linked In, we had a demo of their software and was hugely impressed with it and the way it was delivered. Aaron and Laura answered all our questions with ease and accuracy. The sign up process was easy with competitive pricing. They sent BK down to do the initial set up, he was so knowledgable that we wanted to keep him but he loves Connex and you can see why. The after service from Luke has been perfect with a weekly catch up and he chases anything we have outstanding. The software is probably one of the best and most user friendly I’ve ever used, the support is always on hand and accurate. Any business looking for a multi-channel contact centre system, look no further. Thanks for everything Connex, keep up the amazing work.

Truly taking things to the next level with an unbelievable product. I cannot recommend this enough and the support & onboarding team have been amazing from day one. I highly recommend this system to anybody with an inbound or outbound operation and the fact you can now integrate email, SMS, live chat and Whatsapp as well as calls makes a much slicker and streamlined operation. The system has a huge bunch of prebuilt integrations with some of the more popular CRMs and there is also a wealth of API documentation. Incredibly impressed.
