Moved over from a clunky competitor about six months ago and the difference was immediately obvious. The template builder alone made the switch worth it. Drag, drop, done. No more hunting through buried menus or waiting on support tickets that never got answered.
What the old platform did slightly better was list segmentation for edge cases, but Mailchimp's automation triggers more than make up for that. For a small operation like mine, having everything from landing pages to campaign analytics in one place without needing a developer is genuinely great.
