ProjectLibre is available on Windows, Mac or Linux. I opened my Microsoft Project file on my Mac and worked uninterupted. It has a Gantt Chart, Network Diagram, RBS, WBS and earned value costing. It is amazing open source software and a Cloud version is coming out.
