Participants get notified and invited to vote for their preferences and you can confirm the meeting depending on the votes. Get booked for a meeting : Share/Insert/Integrate custom scheduling pages to let people book a meeting in a few clicks without creating a Vyte account, depending on your availability. Define your event types, the slots duration, default meeting locations, physical or digital depending on the object of the meeting and confirm your events automatically or manually. Design your custom scheduling page with a profile picture, a logo and a background picture but you can also upload a custom style sheet CSS to respect your graphic chart. Calendar Management/Monitoring : Your Vyte account comes up with a calendar interface and a meeting dashboard to check, confirm, modify or cancel meetings in real time. Vyte also lets you sync all your online calendars on the same account : Google Calendar, Office Calendar, Microsoft Exchange Calendar, iCloud Calendar, CalDAV. Vyte also comes up with an admin interface composed of the teams dashboards and calendars for the admins to check, confirm, reschedule, reassign or cancel the meetings of their teams.
