What is Cheerfy?
"The future is here, it is just not evenly distributed”. The future of customer experience is Amazon or Netflix. Online companies delight us with experiences that are personalised, contextual and consistent. However the offline world - which accounts for 93% of retail sales - is ages away when it comes to personalisation. Cheerfy brings the beauty of online personalisation to the offline world. By integrating with the existing Wi-Fi network and CRM/PoS, Cheerfy identifies customers as they walk into the store. This gives marketing teams the unique chance to automatically engage customers through personalised messages on arrival, departure, or after their visit. Cheerfy also notifies employees of VIP customers’ arrival so that they can treat them to a more personal experience. Customers don’t need to download an app or manually check-in. They access the business’ “VIP” service and suggestions by simply connecting to Wi-Fi and registering once using Facebook, LinkedIn or by filling in a short form. A simple customised survey follows to collect preferences and other information. After that, customers will be automatically connected. Founded in 2015, Cheerfy is based in London and Madrid.
