Since August 2015, we are working on a mobile application which is connected to our artificial intelligence server. The launch of this all-new technology is planned for May 2017. Our application is able to continuously read survey results from a given business, analyze them, identify the priority of the actions to be taken for the purpose of improving customer satisfaction and business profitability. This application then generates advices and customized recommendations to the merchant. Our application also offers detractor (NPS) management/recovery tools in real time as well as a library of training capsules and management teachings. We have the ambition to develop a completely new management tool that will revolutionize the management of a retail store, a restaurant, a bank branch, a hotel or a future service business. Our product enrolls directly into the industry of ‘’Enterprise Feedback Management’’.
