I've been researching help desk software for a while now, and these guys pop up again and again, I've been speaking with some of their testimonials people too. They are real actual people. The product in comparison of others and price just sells itself really and they are always really friendly on the phone to me as well. Can't fault them. Plenty of other products I would though.
