What do you like best about the product? It allows me to create multiple groups, chats and teams. There is no lag at all and it works smoothly. Staying in contact with team members is imperative in WFH world. Staying connected is very easy with it. What do you dislike about the product? Nothing yet. I like it very much. First time I needed time to a hang of it. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? WFH has isolated the teams a lot, it has created an office-like environment by keeping the employees connected via chat and calls.

Social Intents What do you like best about the product? I like that I can chat with a person in real -time. Social Intent allows me to provide answers to a hundreds of student on Microsoft Teams with ease. The online support is great as well. What do you dislike about the product? There is not too much I dislike about the product. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? I can communicate with other customer support in real-time while I am assisting a customer. One benefit I have realized is I can transfer files while chatting with the customer, which speeds up the process of customer service.

Perfect solution, easy to integrate and best online support I've ever had! Pros It was incredibly easy to, not just install, to customize with a great API and documentation. A solution that covers basic to completely custom. Cons We are yet to find anything missing or anything that doesn't meet our high standards. Reasons for Choosing Social Intents Ease of setup and customization while still being able to plug into MS Teams directly for a familiar solution for the client. Reasons for Switching to Social Intents Microsoft teams is great for internal chat however its lacking customization for live website chat. Comments (Benefits) I have nothing but very positive things to say about his company. Online documentation for their product is more than complete and with their fast and friendly online chat, its the best support I've had in a very long time!
